FAQs
Q. Where are you located ?
Soundship is nestles in the hills of Kelowna’s Upper Mission overlooking Okanagan Lake.
To book an appointment send us an email with all of your questions and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Q. What if I miss a class ?
Students will be aloud 3 get out of class no questions asked during their 10 month course. Any classes missed that exceed their aloud 3 will be charge for that class. Make-up lessons will be given if Soundship is notified 24 hours in advance.
Q. What if my teacher misses a class?
If your teacher can not make it to your scheduled class, a make up class we be provide.
Q. Do I need to bring an instrument?
All instruments such as Guitar and Bass must be supplied by the client for lessons. Guitar and Bass amps can be supplied by the school for lessons only. Singers should bring there own water bottle
Q. What days are Soundship closed?
Soundship school of music will be closed
Labour Day, September 4th, 2023. Thanksgiving, October 9th, 2023. Remembrance Day, October 11th, 2023. Christmas Break, December 15th to January 6th. Family Day, February 20th, 2023 Spring Break March 17th, to April 3rd Good Friday, April 7th, 2023 Easter Monday, April 10th, 2023 Victoria Day, May 22nd, 2023
